Are you ready to be WOWed? Weight Watchers are exhibiting at The Vitality Show 2011, from 24th- 27th March, at Earls Court London! The Vitality Show is the UK’s largest health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing event for women. I have a pair of Vitality Show tickets and a gorgeous goodie bag, filled with health and beauty treats to giveaway!

  1. As soon as I buy my food I work out the ProPoints value per portion then write it on the packet in big black marker (or red for higher values). That way when I go to the freezer, fridge or cupboard I know what I'm grabbing right away without having to repoint.

  8. I run up and down the stairs ! work out a meal plan for the week and TRACK every day THAT Really does help the weight loss

  13. i've done all you asked of me, oh mistress.

    my best tip is this. if you go running but you're a girly with a larger bust, if you haven't got a sports bra to hand, or if it's in the wash, put two bras on instead. it holds you rock solid. no bounce at all lol!!

    add 14 years to your life by following four very easy principles; don't smoke, take regular exercise, drink sensibly and eat five portions of fruit and veg a day.

  20. First thing in the morning have, put a slice of fresh lemon in a mug and pour over boiling water and drink - great for the skin!

  27. My tip is try to keep healthy snacks easily accessable so when you are peckish and need to snack something quick they are assessible like keep carrot sticks in the fridge and snack a jacks near the crisps lol
