What I Wore Wednesday: Trendy Toddler

So for the past three weeks I haven't worn pants/trousers. Don't worry I haven't been running around outside pantless flashing people but I've only been wearing tights or leggings on my bottom half while I'm trying to lose weight. Part of this is due to the fact that I bust a massive hole in the the jeans that fit before I started losing weight and partly that I don't want to try on the next size down and be discouraged.

 If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter you'll know I've been doing Weight Watchers (I am that annoying person that takes a photo of what they are eating) and so far I have lost 9lbs. I'm pretty happy about it especially since I didn't stress over what I was eating in London and just went and had Dim Sum because I wanted it. The iPhone app makes it all pretty easy  since I can type in any nutritional info and get the points but most of all NotBlondeHusband cooks dinner at night which is amazing. There are so many great Weight Watchers blogs so we've found lots of recipes all of us can enjoy without busting my diet. If you are looking for recipes there are a ton on my "Stop the Muffin Overflowing" Pinterest board.

 Anyway I digress! Because I've been focused on what I'm eating I've not been focused on what I'm wearing, but luckily my stylish little dude is happy to step in for me. There was a massive HM sale online and I ordered ourselves a 50% duvet cover and decided to let Blondie Boy pick out a hat, too. He LOVES hats and he was more than happy to have a photoshoot for me. I think he may have inherited his mommy's love of being in front of the camera!

If you are keeping track of what cars are his co-stars that is Miguel Camino. I'm attending a VIP Fashion Show as part of Glasgow Business Week on Thursday so I will definitely be back next week, just probably in leggings of some shape or form!

    I think that is why it is so great that NBH helps me. Between him making dinner and the iPhone app just being amazing I don't have any excuse not to do it :)

    Congrats on losing nine pounds! I did WW this summer and lost 25 pounds. I'd like to lose more, but right now I'm just working on maintaining. Just keep at it and don't get discouraged if you don't lose every week, slow and steady wins the race! :)

    He is so cute! I did Weight Watchers about two years ago and lost about 10 lbs...but then life got in the way and I gained it all back. I'm thinking about trying it out again and using the iPhone app this time. Your progress has inspired me!

    OMG! What a cutie! Good luck with the WW! My Mam is doing it too and has a poster on her fridge that she keep colouring in for each lb she loses! She's hoping to wear a LBD at Christmas time! x

    OMG! Could he be any cuter?! Great job on your weight loss so far. I've been using My Fitness Pal to get in shape for my wedding next month and it's actually helped a lot. I'm glad you found something that works for you too!

    Your little one has such a personality! Congrats on your weight loss ... I think weight watchers is such a great program because it's not restrictive on types of foods, which I think sometimes can set people up to fail. I really think the "everything in moderation" idea behind it is a lot healthier. Keep it up, lady!

    I do weight watchers too. I still do the old points though (I'm old school), but it is the best program I have ever done. Everything in moderation is definitely the only way to go.

    First of all, Congratulations on loosing 9lbs. That's wonderful! I know you can do it and I am happy and excited for you. :) And it is funny how we have kind of the same concept when it comes to sharing our little dudes outfit. My little man on the other hand does not like anything on his head or wearing clothes at all when he is at home. He does like taking pictures, but most of the time with no clothes on. LOL! :) Love his outfit. He looks dapper! :)

    Congrats on the weight loss! I did WW last year and lost about 20lbs. (I gained it all back last winter, but that is another story.) It is a great program. Your little dude is so adorable in his hat and aqua sneakers. My little guy has red sneakers that he wants to wear with EVERYTHING! ;)
